Guide to Changing the Outbound Caller ID for Each Extension

Log in to the portal, select “User Management” → “Sip Endpoint” as shown in the image.
Select the “Extension” you want to change and then click “Edit” as shown in the image.
In the “Outbound Caller ID” section, select the number you want to use for outbound calls for that extension. Then click “OK” as shown in the image.
After making the changes, the outbound caller ID for the extension will be displayed in the “Sip Endpoint” section.
